Amazing customer service

I initially saw this candle on TikTok and fell in love so I ordered it, even though I knew it would take awhile since I live in the US. When it arrived it had been broken in transit, and when I emailed the owner she was very gracious and even sent another one without charging me shipping! I was blown away by the customer service and how nice Justine was, definitely a positive experience!!
